Ownership
Driving Theory UK App, including all its contents and intellectual property rights, is owned by Ezy House Ltd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the App or its contents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
License
The DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) holds the copyright to the materials contained within this application. By accessing and using this app, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the DVSA regarding the use of their copyrighted material.
Use of Content
The content provided in this application is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or perform the content contained within the app without prior written permission from the DVSA.
Data Collection
By using this App, you consent to the collection of certain data including but not limited to cache data, progress tracking, and usage statistics. We collect this data to improve the user experience and functionality of the App. Rest assured, we adhere to the legal requirements of data protection laws in the European Union (EU) and other relevant jurisdictions.
Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers subscription plans (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and Lifetime).
Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
The Lifetime package is a one-time payment that provides permanent access.
Liability
We do not assume any liability for inaccuracies or errors in the content provided within the app. Users are encouraged to verify information obtained from the app with official sources. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically the laws of England, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
